Origin Story
The idea came from the buying experience, not from a big corporate plan.
PanelsDirect began from a genuine frustration with how hard it can be to choose panels well. Too often, people are left sorting through generic options and vague advice without feeling confident in what they are buying.
We wanted to build something more thoughtful: a tighter range, clearer information, and a conversation that feels practical rather than transactional.

We also plan to source directly from manufacturers and suppliers wherever it makes sense. Fewer layers usually means clearer information, more direct accountability, and better answers when product questions actually matter.
